- Work is underway on Phase 1 of the new Orlando Utilities Commission Campus project located in St. Cloud that includes a new 55,000-square-foot warehouse and a 22,000-square-foot fleet maintenance facility with service bays, parts stores, electric vehicle fleet charging and fueling stations, and a vehicle wash area. This project is scheduled to be complete December 2023.
