- This five-story, 137,100-square-foot building in St. Petersburg, FL will house businessman and collector Rudy Ciccarello’s extensive collection of art. It will also feature a grand atrium, skylights, a spiral staircase, more than 40,000 square feet of gallery space, a library, theater, graphic studio, and park. It’s scheduled to be competed in the summer of 2019.
