Ahfachkee School – Clewiston, Fl – Expansion

On the Big Cypress Reservation in Clewiston, Florida, the Ahfachkee School is transforming into a XQ Super School.

As a 2016 finalist, the school is working under an initiative started by Steve Jobs’ widow, Lauren Powell Jobs, the project works to create high schools that prepare students for the 21st century.

The 30,000 square foot expansion will feature state-of-the-art technology, robotics labs, medical science and information science, a two-floor media center, and learning communities for grade levels.
