The AC Marriott Hotel Project consists of one building at the southeast corner of the Naples Square Development. The building is a three-story, mixed-use hotel building that consists of 150 transient lodging units with a commercial shell space, hotel lobby, guest rooms, conference-event center, and guest amenities on the first floor. The second floor consists of guest rooms and back of house spaces. The third floor consists of guest rooms, kitchen & hotel restaurant, and poll with pool deck. Scheduled to be complete May 2023.
