The $237.5 million expansion at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts features the 1,700-seat Steinmetz Hall, a three-tier acoustical hall; the Green Room, a 9,000-square-foot gathering space for performers and guests; and other backstage operations space. It’s set to be completed in 2020.
