Coming to the Caloosahatchee riverfront in 2020, the Luminary Hotel & Co. in downtown Fort Myers boasts 243 guest rooms & suites. Positioned in a lively river district, the hotel will feature a rooftop bar, two restaurants, retail and flexible meeting space.

The Workshop, a state-of-the-art culinary theatre, hosts culinary classes and encourages collaboration and innovation. The 12-story hotel, one of the tallest in downtown Fort Myers, will also house 8,000 square feet of function space and will be connected to the neighboring Harborside Event Center and adjacent to Centennial Park where a bandshell will also be constructed.
